What is the difference between our Premium roast beef and House roast beef?

-Premium is Ribeye and House is Top Round, both cooked in our store.

 

What comes with our subs and sandwiches?

-Your choice of cheese and toppings are included on all subs and sandwiches. Some specialities, like our 5 & 6 dollar lunch specials, come with soda and a bag of chips.

 

Do you make your own bread?

-Our bread is baked fresh in the store every day.

 

Where do we get our chicken from?

-We purchase our chicken in whole breast form from a local supplier. We cut and cook it ourselves in the store.

 

Where do we get our Tuna?

-We purchase our tuna from a local processor who uses only local caught tuna right of our coast.

 

Do we sell desserts?

-Yes, when avaiable. Items such as home made NY cheesecake and homemade cinnamon rolls. Check in to see what we have.

 

Do we sell cold cuts?

-Yes. ANYTHING we sell for our subs and sandwiches is avaiable for purchase, incuding our bread and cheeses.

Serving generous portions of fresh, homemade, in house prepped, and high quality cold cuts to our customers. Our prices may SEEM a bit higher, but when you get a HUGE, authentic Philly Cheese, made with Rib Eye and your choice of toppings, you will see, it's worth every penny. 

 

Are you guys from New York?

-YES. All of us except Sally who was born and raised in North Bend, but lived in NY for several years. 

NO. We're not from the city. We come from the Catskill Mountain region about 3 hours north of the city.
